How do I contact Cancer Screening Programs (Breast, Cervical and Colorectal)?
How do I not receive letters?We can only accept your requests for No Letter and/or Program Exclusions for those programs that you are age eligible for. Once you are age eligible, you may call back to request the No Letter and/or Program Exclusion options. We encourage you to discuss the benefits of receiving letters and being part of Cancer Screening Programs with your healthcare provider. If you do not wish to receive letters from any of the Cancer Screening Programs please complete the applicable program No Letter Option Form and fax it back to us toll-free at 1-800-944-3388. Screen Test FAQsAbout Screen TestScreen Test provides screening mammograms at two fixed location clinics, one in Edmonton and one in Calgary. Screen Test has two mobile screening trailers that provide services to women in approximately 100 communities in rural Alberta. Screen Test provides high quality screening mammography and breast health education, and has consistently exceeded international standards for the early detection of breast cancer.
